Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Online Orders

  • Cancellation Period: You can cancel your order within  24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • Procedure: To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team with your order details. We will process your cancellation request promptly.
  • Exceptions: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may return the items once they are delivered, following our return policy.

Custom Orders

  • Cancellation Period: Custom orders can be canceled within 12 hours of order confirmation. After this period, the order cannot be canceled as production will have commenced.
  • Procedure: To cancel your custom order, please contact our Sales Team with your order details. We will review your request and inform you of the next steps.

Refunds

  • Online Orders: Refunds for canceled online orders will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Custom Orders: Refunds for canceled custom orders will be processed within 14 business days, minus any non-refundable deposits or costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
